Exchanges

We offer a straightforward exchange process for eligible items.

What You Can Exchange:
Most of our backpacks can be exchanged due to size or color preferences. Please note that custom or engraved items can only be exchanged if there’s a defect.

How It Works:

Processing Time:
Exchanges are typically completed within a few days to two weeks, depending on shipping and product availability.

International Customers:
The quickest option is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Pro Tip:
Want to exchange and buy more? Combine the new item with others in a single order—you’ll only pay shipping once!


Returns

Not fully satisfied? No problem—you can return your backpack for a refund.

What’s Eligible:
Most items are returnable, except custom-made or engraved pieces, unless they’re faulty.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. For holiday gifts, we extend that window to 30 days after Christmas.

Item Condition:
Returns must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and labels attached.
